Join The Cause
Our outreach program provides spiritual, physical and emotional support to the children of Haiti. We need your help to assist and provide these children with a hot plate of food once a day, clothes and shoes. We assist and provide support to young Haitian families of all faiths. We are able to provide food distributions, furniture and other household items due to the generous donations made by caring individuals that want to reach out to families and communities that are less fortunate than themselves.
In partnering with other agencies we are able to provide more services to those in need. Families and young children benefit from several after school programs that include child care and a spiritually based curriculum that teaches values.
Your monetary or physical gift provides recreational and cultural opportunities, so that these less fortunate and disadvantaged children can experience a healthy development.
Sponsor a child every year and it gives them the opportunity to pursue their dreams and to build productive and successful lives for themselves. You can also choose to be a volunteer in our outreach program to provide spiritual, physical and emotional support to the children. Your help is needed with fundraising, special events, marketing, mentoring/tutoring, and driving. Volunteers are also needed for mission trips to Haiti to deliver the school supplies, food and clothing. Please consider giving your time to help those most in need.
Visit The Mission House
In 2014, Habitat for Children Ministries, Inc. began building a Mission House in La Jeune. The house will provide housing for missionary teams visiting the area to assist with the on-going efforts of HFCM, Inc. The house will have a generator, solar panels, refrigerator, hot water heater and well water project on the property. HCFM, Inc. is working to provide a few amenities to make the Mission House up to American standards so that visiting missionaries can stay in a place of comfort.
Meet Robinn Paul with the Caring for the Elderly Program!
In January 2017, HFCM, Inc. started a new ministry of Caring for the Elderly. We began visiting 10 elderly citizens from La Jeune on a weekly basis. We provide them with companionship and a small meal. We are looking to stay with these beautiful senior citizens until their last day, when we will also assist with their final arrangements. We will only continue to build this ministry with more charitable donations.
